Operates $T3zigzag sewing machine$T1 equipped with folder to enclose elastic strip inside fold of fabric at garment opening: Inserts end of elastic strip and edge of garment into folder. Guides edge of garment under needle to hem garment and enclose elastic strip in hem. Performs duties as described under SEWING-MACHINE OPERATOR, REGULAR EQUIPMENT (any industry) Master Title. May operate machine equipped with different type of folder to either enclose elastic in binding or in folded tape at garment edge.
